Dominic specialises in a broad range of Corporate and Commercial matters including sales of businesses (companies, LLPs and partnerships), shareholders' agreements and general company matters and commercial contracts. He also acts in Civil and Commercial litigation matters including debt recovery, shareholder disputes and other commercial and contractual disputes. Dominic has spent around twenty years as a solicitor in his areas of expertise with a broad range of experience working with mainly small to medium sized business clients, as well as a number of years acting for clients in the City.
