Simon is a 30 year qualified senior solicitor who has held equity partner positions in both large multi office firms as well as high end niche practices in the City of London.He leads our DJF’s company and commercial department. Simon’s personal specialism is in commercial and insolvency litigation. Previous matters include SME shareholder disputes, company fallouts, defending directors from claims following insolvency, cross border litigious market disruption claims and international arbitration related matters. The DJF department offers a real high level commitment for transactional company and commercial work including: documents for sale purchase of companies shareholder agreements investment documents partnership agreements financial lending/personal guarantees joint ventures and mergers national and international trading agreements
