Julie is a member of the Court of Protection Team at Greenhouse Stirton Solicitors, based in London. Acting for clients of GS Trust Corporation and the OPG Panel of Deputies, she has specialised in Court of Protection matters since 2015. Previously, Julie specialised in clinical negligence birth injury cases, achieving substantial settlements for clients before moving into Court of Protection work, where she continues to act for some of the same individuals. Julie is now focused on providing specialist legal advice and representation for individuals who lack the mental capacity to manage their own financial affairs. Her work covers every aspect of a client's financial affairs. She recognises that each client is unique, with different needs and financial circumstances, and she adopts a tailored approach to ensure they are treated as individuals.
