Jack Gould is a Private Client Lawyer, specialising in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Intestacy and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Jack has developed his career principally within Private Client law, advising and supporting individuals and families with both planning for the future and navigating the legal and practical issues that arise following a death. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (ACILEx) and continues to develop his professional qualifications within his specialist area of practice. Jack is passionate about making Private Client law accessible and understandable. He recognises that clients often seek advice at significant, and sometimes difficult, points in their lives and places particular importance on providing advice that is clear, practical and sensitive to each client's individual circumstances. His work and professional development have been recognised within the legal profession. Jack was shortlisted for Best Paralegal at the Modern Law Awards 2024 and Rising Star of the Year at the Probate Industry Awards 2025. Beyond his client work, Jack takes an active interest in developing good practice within Private Client law. He enjoys improving processes, supporting the development of colleagues and creating practical resources that help deliver consistently high standards of client service. Outside of his professional practice, Jack volunteers with Samaritans, where he supports people who may be experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances. His volunteering reflects the importance he places on listening, empathy and treating every person as an individual.
