Abraham is a CILEX Lawyer and Chartered Legal Executive Litigator and Advocate, specialising in family law, civil litigation and employment law, with a strong focus on advocacy and dispute resolution. His family practice includes divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements and protective injunction matters. He also advises and represents clients in a range of civil disputes and Employment Tribunal proceedings, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and other workplace disputes. Having completed the Bar Professional Training Course before subsequently qualifying through CILEX, Abraham brings an advocacy-focused approach to his practice, including court and tribunal representation, negotiation and hearing preparation.
