ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a busy and growing law firm based in around the England. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilites

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately Scanning, sorting and distributing incoming post
  • Monitoring the central office email inbox and forwarding emails to the relevant team members
  • Assisting with the authorisation and processing of bank payments
  • Supporting general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (legal environment preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional and polite telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
